OneDomain, VCI, and Marketron Announce Settlement Today

OneDomain, Inc., Video Communications, Inc. ("VCI"), Marketron International, Inc. and its affiliate Tapscan, LLC (together, "Marketron") today jointly announce the final resolution and settlement of all litigation between the companies. This settlement brings to a close litigation in the state and federal courts in Alabama and Utah.

The parties' settlement follows the Alabama State Court's granting of summary judgment in favor of OneDomain on all of Marketron's claims against it. The Court had also dismissed claims brought by Marketron against VCI. Those orders were on appeal to the Alabama Supreme Court. The state court case was set for trial on OneDomain's counterclaims against Marketron at the time of the parties' settlement. The terms of the settlement are confidential. None of the parties admitted wrongdoing. They are pleased to put this matter behind them and to focus all their efforts on their respective businesses.

Greg Calhoun, Vice President - Marketing for OneDomain said: "We are pleased that we were successful in the litigation, and with this litigation behind us, we look forward to serving the marketplace with our quality products and services."
